2013 Robert Sainsbury Lecture Announcement

We are delighted to announce that the next Robert Sainsbury lecture will be given by Lord Foster of Thames Bank OM, the architect of our Sainsbury Centre for the Visual Arts, on the 8th October 2013.

Martindale Lecture by Professor Brendan Cassidy

Tuesday 11 December 6pm

This year's lecture will be given by Professor Brendan Cassidy from The University of St Andrews on The Cult of Raphael in Britain: from the Tudors to the Victorians.

SIfA and SADACC sign affiliation agreement

UEA has just signed a letter of intent which affiliates the South Asian Decorative Arts and Crafts Collection (SADACC) to the Sainsbury Institute for Art (SIfA) and foresees the development of a South Asian Centre along similar lines to the Sainsbury Institute for the Study of Japanese Arts and Cultures.
