The Emma Jonathan Fund

The Emma Jonathan Fund is named after a History of Art student who died in an accident shortly before her graduation ceremony in 2008. Established in 2012-13 by students from the School of Art History and World Art Studies, the fund supports undergraduate study-related travel and postgraduate study in the School. Already the Emma Jonathan Fund has contributed to dissertation research for students at sites in Portugal and London, travel to Venice as part of a second-year module, and a School field trip to the exhibition ‘Houghton Revisited' at Houghton Hall. In 2014 students will be able to apply for funds for new modules with field trips to Cyprus and Amsterdam.
